This is a great treatment for people like me with rougher than usual texture due to my sensitive skin and using so much hand sanitizer. I was still able to enjoy my champagne so not to worry. I basically dipped my hand into a warm wax and then they were wrapped and put into mittens. I had this peri treatment I believe it was. I then was brought to a small comfortable room where I was served chocolate covered strawberries with champagne. Everyone likes their massage different so I cant say much more than that, but I was satisfied. I had a very relaxing and rejuvenated massage. I was then brought back to that original comfortable room where my masseuse would then greet me. After I was finished my face felt like I was 16 again (I’m 37 ). I’m ashamed I do not remember this woman’s name (typical of me), but she was absolutely AMAZING! I have every intention of seeing her again. I changed and was promptly greeted again and escorted to my 1 hour facial service. I was provided a robe and flip flops (sanitized of course). I got a locker for my belongings with key. I walked in and was quickly escorted to the back to a room that was very warm and comfortable.
